Reiki Level 1 – Your First Step Into Energy Healing

Reiki 1

Reiki is a gentle, traditional healing practice that encourages harmony, inner peace, and a renewed sense of balance. This beautifully calming course is perfect for anyone drawn to spiritual growth, energy work, or simply wishing to understand the deeper layers of wellbeing.

Held in the serene setting of our Romsey academy, the training offers a peaceful space to slow down, reconnect with your intuition, and begin working with the natural flow of universal energy. You’ll learn how to channel Reiki with purpose, how to offer soothing treatments, and how to allow the energy to guide you with grace.

You Will Learn:

• The History & Origins of Reiki
Explore traditional lineage, how Reiki has been passed down, and the intention behind the practice.
• Understanding Energy & Chakras
A gentle introduction to the body’s energetic system and how Reiki restores natural balance.
• Working With Intuition
Develop trust in your inner guidance as you sense energy and allow your hands to move with confidence.
• Reiki Hand Positions
Learn a full body treatment sequence that supports relaxation, grounding, and energetic alignment.
• Giving & Receiving Reiki
Practical exchanges that allow you to feel and experience the energy for yourself — often a favourite part of the day.
• Spiritual & Emotional Benefits
Discover how Reiki can support clarity, calm, emotional release, and inner connection.
• Creating a Healing Space
Simple ways to set intention and create a soothing, spiritual environment for treatments.
• Self-Reiki Practices
Techniques to continue your own healing journey at home, helping you stay balanced and centred.

You will be encouraged to complete some gentle practice sessions at home to deepen your connection with Reiki and build confidence. From here, learners often feel inspired to continue on to Reiki Level 2, where they can expand their knowledge and strengthen their healing abilities.
