Alternative Provision Placements
At Limisha Training Academy, we provide flexible, vocational Alternative Provision designed around the individual learner.
Our programmes offer a practical and supportive environment where learners can build confidence, develop new skills and work towards meaningful personal and vocational outcomes.
Flexible Placements
Placements can be arranged to meet the needs of individual learners and referring settings, with sessions available from 2 to 5 hours.
Our provision can include:
- Practical vocational learning
- Beauty, nails, wellbeing and creative activities
- Personal development and life skills
- Employability skills
- Individual targets and achievable outcomes
- Progress monitoring and feedback
- Regular communication with the referring school or professional
- Bespoke programmes based on individual needs
Uniform
Learners attending Limisha are required to wear the agreed academy uniform, supporting a sense of belonging and a professional learning environment.
Uniform is an additional one-off cost and is not included within the placement fee. The cost will be clearly identified within the individual placement quotation provided to the referring school or commissioning body.
Programme Resources
Where specialist kits, practical resources or consumable products are required for a learner's programme, these will be discussed with the referring setting and clearly identified within the placement quotation.
Bespoke Support
Where a learner requires additional or individualised support, we will discuss their needs with the referring school, SENCO or commissioning professional to determine the most appropriate level of support.
Each placement is considered individually, taking into account the learner's needs, proposed attendance, programme content and level of support required.
Placement Costings
Placement costs are provided directly to the referring school, academy, Local Authority or commissioning professional following discussion of the learner's individual requirements.
Where applicable, additional costs will be clearly identified within the placement quotation and may include:
- Uniform: additional one-off cost
- Specialist resources and consumables: costed according to programme requirements
- Additional or individualised support: costed according to the learner's needs
Referrals & Enquiries
We welcome enquiries from schools, academies, SENCOs, Local Authorities and other commissioning professionals wishing to discuss an appropriate placement for a learner.
