Supporting Learners to Re-engage, Achieve and Progress
At Limisha, we provide vocational Alternative Provision for learners who benefit from a smaller, calmer and more personalised approach to learning.
Through practical learning, wellbeing, personal development and individualised support, we help learners build confidence, develop independence, re-engage with education and make meaningful progress.
Our Approach
We believe learning is most effective when it feels practical, purposeful and achievable.
Our provision is built around:
- Individualised programmes
- Small-group learning
- Practical vocational education
- Wellbeing and personal development
- Positive, supportive relationships
- Clear routines and expectations
- Preparation for adulthood and future pathways
Who We Support
Our provision may be suitable for learners who:
- Have SEND or additional learning needs
- Have an EHCP
- Experience SEMH needs or barriers to attendance
- Are disengaged from education
- Find mainstream learning difficult to access
- Benefit from practical, vocational learning
- Require a personalised programme or timetable
A formal diagnosis or EHCP is not required for a learner to be considered for a placement. Every referral is considered individually to determine whether Limisha can provide suitable provision.
